1. Shipping Locations & Timeframes
We currently ship worldwide. Processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times vary by destination:
- India: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (customs delays may apply)
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination.
- Express Shipping: Available for select countries (extra fees apply).
3. Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are not included in the order total.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost/Damaged Shipments
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for lost/damaged items. Proof (e.g., photos) may be required for claims.
